Redesign the fleet management process to reduce idle time, automate task assignment, and enable predictive maintenance, by creating a digital platform tailored to each operational role.

Create a system that automates car requests, connects with vehicle diagnostics, and delivers clear interfaces for each user role, dispatcher, driver, mechanic, and supervisor.

Manual Assignments

Problem:
A single coordinator assigned cars manually—slow and inefficient at scale.

Automated the car request and assignment process based on real-time fleet data.

Reflection
